Keizer City Council OKs fee that could raise cell phone bills

Keizer City Council listened to four hours of public testimony on the topic Monday night before approving a fee that likely will raise residents’ cell phone bills.

Keizer City Council voted 6-1 in favor of a fee on telecommunications companies, which provide cell phone and voice over Internet protocol services. Read more
